The championship golf course is well maintained and is famous for the spectacular river holes which parallel the South Anna. The total River Run Development is a select group of just 90 estate-sized single family homes. Homesites are approximately one-half acre or more with generous setbacks required - both on sides and the front and rear property lines. Basement homesites are available. Home construction is carefully approved by an Architectural Control Committee, which enforces such requirements as no street facing garages and careful attention to all construction details.
